Pat Sullivan Pat Sullivan, former Executive Director of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, joined the CORAS Board of Advisors after retiring from federal service in 2020. He now leads Pat Sullivan Consulting, LLC and serves as a Senior Advisor at The Roosevelt Group.

Michael Rossetti Michael Rossetti, Partner-in-Charge of Lippes Mathias’s DC office, leads the Public Law and Policy team, advising on federal issues, Indian law, and government investigations with nearly 30 years of experience.

Joe McDade

Mr. McDade, SES-3 Retired, brings decades of experience driving innovation and enterprise transformation across the DoD, with a special focus on data architecture, personnel systems, and mission alignment. He held key HQ positions—including Acting General Counsel of the Air Force (SAF/GC) and Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs (AF/A8)—where he led efforts to modernize how the Air Force builds, manages, and equips its force.
